We want to share our story of how we became Your Real Educator Consultants and why we are working hard for YOU!

As teachers and administrators, we are faced with problems every day that don’t always have a specific intervention or practice that we can draw from. We often have to think on our feet. We can get better at predicting potential pitfalls and issues and get in front of them through problem solving and proactive collaboration. Our individual and combined abilities to do this makes us a powerful team. 

We met while working together at the same school (Autumn as an administrator and Jennifer as an intervention specialist). Our relationship grew out of our ability to problem solve and collaborate for our students. We found that when we combine our skills and resources, our students win. We even wrote about and presented our successes at the Ohio Dean’s Compact on Exceptional Children! Here we became inspired to use our strengths to do more for administrators, teachers, and kids beyond our classrooms and our schools. That’s how we became Your Real Educator Consultants! 

Our goal is to help teachers and administrators save time by doing the heavy lifting, providing REAL time-saving opportunities for you! We know what it’s like to struggle to find a balance between work and family. Having to sit through professional developments that don’t apply to you, your students, your classroom, or your school won’t improve your practice.

Our services cater to your needs!  When you book with us, you will be able to fill out an optional questionnaire where you can let us know what you are looking for when you attend our webinars. Our one-on-one sessions are even more individualized, where we can help you problem-solve and create resources that apply to you!
